Because every product is manufactured to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges where the reason for dissatisfaction is based on measurements that were incorrectly submitted by the customer.
Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. The actual product will match your submitted dimensions, which may differ visually from images shown.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply in your destination country - these are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delivery
We ship to over 180 countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only - we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. International delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs clearance.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery where possible and contact us immediately.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

- Custom-made products cannot be returned due to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer
